Want to Jumpstart your Intuition ?

Even if you’re committed to living an intuitive life, sometimes your intuition isn’t quite as vivid as it could be. It leaves you feeling directionless or disconnected.
Right now is the perfect moment to charge up your intuition so you can feel guided, inspired, and connected to your life’s purpose.

How your intuition works:

Your intuition (your inner vision or psychic ability) is connected to the 6th chakra in your subtle energy system. It’s known as your third eye.
When you charge up this energetic center in your body, you amplify your personal intuition.
As you do, you may feel like you’re opening your eyes.

How affirmations work:

Affirmations are statements of intent.
They focus your attention and your energy on the experience you want.
If you want vivid intuition, psychic ability, and connection to your inner vision,
these affirmations will support you in creating that experience.

Say these out loud. Post them in a place where they’ll remind you daily. Repeat them until they become part of you.

1. I am intuitive.

This affirmation might seem a little basic. But I promise it’s the perfect place to start, particularly if you’ve felt disconnected from your intuition before, or worried that you don’t have intuition at all. (That’s a myth, by the way!)
Stating the truth of your intuitive power is a great way to get connected to it.

2. I am knowing.

When your intuition is charged up, you know things. Not just facts. You know what to do, even though it might not necessarily make sense for you to know. If you want that experience, tell yourself you already have it.

3. I am psychic.

I believe everyone is psychic. Do you believe YOU are psychic? You are.
By claiming that you are, you set yourself up to trust your psychic hits, rather than questioning yourself.

4. I am alive in the now.

Your intuitive power gets clouded when you dwell on the regrets of the past or the worries of the future.
TODAY is the time to practice your gift of intuition.

5. I am connected to my own inner vision.

Another word for intuition is insight. It’s an inner sight, an inner vision. In the way physical eyes help people see their physical world, your inner sight can help you see your life’s purpose.

6. My inner vision is strong.

If your intuition has ever felt vague, or just out of reach, you want to affirm to yourself that it’s capable of being strong.

7. I am having strong instincts from my intuitive self.

Your intellect makes decisions based on what’s already known—your past story.
Your intuitive self (your expanded, soul self) works with the unknown.
Use this affirmation to remember to pay attention to supportive information that comes from within.

8. I am listening to my intuitive self.

Your intuition can battle with your intellect. Start training your intellect to hear your intuition and consider the messages it sends.

9. My intuition can be trusted.

You might hear your intuition, but then doubt it. Do one thing today that you feel inspired to and trust that it will be for your good.

10. I am trusting and acting.

When your intuition is vibrant, you act with confidence based on your inner knowing.
Your intuition is a constant guide that you trust.
This is a great affirmation to use if you question yourself excessively.

11. I am connected to my true path and purpose.

What your intuition will tell you is connected to your higher life’s purpose. Always.

12. I am true to myself.

Your intuition will never tell you to be something you’re not.
Your life’s purpose will not be contradictory to your core self.
Trust that your intuitive self has a strong sense of your own inner truth.
Listen to it.

13. I have unlimited possibilities.

The limits on your success are placed there by your thinking mind and your past stories—never by your intuition.
If you ever hear yourself saying,
“I’d love to do that, but I can’t,” you can be sure your intuition isn’t the one talking.

14. I am seeing the possibilities and bringing them into my reality.

The intuition can see futures that don’t yet exist in the physical realm.
If you’re listening and trusting your inner vision, you will act on intuitive hits that create outcomes you couldn’t have just thought your way through.

15. I am connected to my amazing potential futures.

Your future is beautiful, awesome, and inviting. It’s going to support you.
So think of it that way. Think of your future as supportive, fabulous, and abundant.
Then shine the light of your intuition into your future to see your way forward.

16. I am clear.

Imagine a pair of smudged glasses. You could see through them, but not as well as you could if you cleaned them.
Close your eyes and visualize yourself cleaning the lens of your third eye.
See your life come into focus.

Above all, invite (don’t struggle for) your intuition.
Being connected to your intuition is such a natural, satisfying experience.
So if you’re closed off from it, you can feel directionless, or even desperate to reconnect with it.
You might even try to think your way into being intuitive, which just sets you up for struggle.

Use these affirmations to invite the intuitive experience you want. Then take a deep breath and allow it to show up. Trust that it will.

No matter how anxious life can feel, remember that there is a butterfly inside of you just waiting to soar.

The awakening begins within, so spend some quality time alone, getting to know and love yourself.

Then come out, and share your love with others. Inner clarity spreads and impacts all parts of your life, and the lives of those around you.

It’s the butterfly effect, the chrysalis of personal and social transformation.

“I take responsibility for my life experiences and I take action to live my life through conscious choice.”

“I consistently change the perception of my experiences by first going within to create the transformation I desire.”

“I get inspired in every life experience as I notice how powerful a creator I am and my ability to change any circumstance.”

“Each life experience awakens me to my true potential.”

“I take notice of where I am limiting myself in life, and immediately use the methods I have to change my experience now.”

Appreciation

Appreciation and gratitude are important components to spiritual development. There is beauty in those who find the value in everyone and everything, and it is also important to see our own efforts, and to acknowledge our own contributions and progress.

Love blossoms with appreciation, and intimacy grows deeper when we know we are seen and valued. Our hearts never tire of receiving appreciation. Appreciation has the ability to turn sour situations around, to uplift us, to empower us, and to inspire us into positive action.

Appreciation can be expressed in many different ways - a hug, a special gift, verbal acknowledgement, saying thank you…etc. Appreciation is greatly enhanced when we give others specific reasons for our gratitude. It is nice to hear, “thank you for being my friend”, but hearing the specific reason like, “I really felt cared about when you took the time today to listen to my problem”, can add richness to the other person’s life, and give them an understanding of what their unique contributions are. Open your eyes to see one another in a fresh light, and notice the abundance and contributions around you.

The card Appreciation reminds you of the importance of making statements of appreciation and to share your appreciation in some visible way. Each small act or words of gratitude, re-ignites the warmth in our hearts and in the hearts of others. People who show appreciation enhance their relationships and create a world that is continually rewarding!

17 Powerful Things Happy People Do Differently From Unhappy People

What are the differences between happy people and unhappy people? This is a very straight forward answer right? Happy people are always smiling and unhappy people are always finding faults with people, having a frown on their face happens almost every day. Well that is correct but we want to know how exactly a happy person becoming happy does and how we should avoid getting into the state of unhappiness.
1. Love vs. Fear
Happy people are always having less fear and they love a lot more. They believe that by doing things fearlessly, they will not have any regrets.
They see each moment, each challenge as an opportunity to discover more about them; stepping up to another level of their comfort zone and that is when they start to aim for even more. Things might not work as planned, however, they gave it a shot.
 2. Acceptance vs. Resistance
Happy people understand that some situations are not within their control and instead of trying to resist or salvage it; they will accept the situation and thinks that everything happens for a reason.
When unpleasant things happen to them, they don’t try to fight it because they know it is going to make them even more unpleasant. Instead, they will calm down and ask themselves, “What can I learn from it this and How do I make it better?”  They always focus on the positive, rather than on the negative and they see life as a meaning journey to complete instead of just seeing it as just 365 days a year.
 3. Forgiveness vs. Hatred
Happy people are aware that it is not healthy to hold on to anger. They choose to forgive and forget, understanding that every single humans being make mistakes and forgiveness is a gift they gave to themselves.
They know that it is not going to benefit them if they are always holding on to anger and their relationship between both parties might turn sour and it is not going to be worth it . Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned. ~Buddha
4. Trust vs. Doubt
They trust themselves and they trust people around them. Whether they are talking to anyone and I mean anyone, be it, the cleaner of the company, the boss etc, somehow they always made them feel that something is very special and unique about them.
Because of that, they learnt to treat everyone with love, pride, respect and make no distinctions between age, sex, position, race, or religion.
“Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.”
5. Meaning vs. Ambition
They do the things they do that because it brings them meaning into their life. They see it as a vision and purpose to complete in life so they are always looking forward to help the world when they are awake. They understand that “Doing what you love is living in life of abundance” As long as you are doing that, wealth will naturally flow it.
They are more concerned about the values they share to other people rather than just making money out of that. They are not motivated by money and what they need is actually to make a difference to the world, doing what they love.
“Do what you love and you do not have to work for life”
6. Praising vs. Criticizing
Happy people usually don’t criticize the absence of the behavior to reinforce because they know by doing so; it’s not going to do any good. Rather, they always don’t hesitate to praise the person and they will actually encourage the positive behavior, making them feel good about themselves.
Think about the times u are being criticized by people and do you like to hang out with them often? I doubt so because that will only make you feel inferior about yourself and you wouldn’t want that to happen. How about hanging out with people that are always praising you about the good things u did, you are feeling happy and you wouldn’t mind spending the whole day talking to them about your problems.
7. Challenges vs. Problems
Happy people see problems as challenges, as opportunities to explore new ways of doing things, understanding that the mistakes that they did will be a progression in their future.
8. Selflessness vs Selfishness
They do things not solely for themselves but putting other people’s interest as well. They make sure that they bring meaning, empowerment and values to other people and they share the best of themselves just to make people happy.
9. Abundance vs. Scarcity / Lack / Poverty
They are always thinking about living in an abundance of life. Even though some of them might not achieve it but deep down in their mind, they have already achieved it and they are going to attract all the abundances into their life.
Apply Laws of Attractions – Think about what you really want, visualize the things that you are receiving it. Feel the joy of having the things you wanted in your hands right now and you will slowly attracting it. The universe is like your catalogue, granting whatever you wish for, it’s even better than a genie’s bottle because it has only three wishes.
Take for example, you are thirsty and you wanted a drink. You wanted it so badly that your mind started to appear images of that drink. Our brains are actually made up with lots of images, jumping from one image to another image. After that, you will realize that the universe actually granted you water. Use that to attract things that you really wanted and prepare to receive it.
10. Dreaming Big vs. Being Realistic
Happy people don’t really mind about how people view them as long as they are not causing bad to people. They dare and love to dream big, always listening to their Intuition and Heart. They strongly believe that even they do not manage to get the moon; but will get the stars. They have strong beliefs of themselves and are always looking forward to improve themselves every single day.
11. Kindness vs. Cruelty
They are kind to themselves and other people because it made them feel positive about life and they understand the power of self-love, self-acceptance and self-forgiveness.
12. Gratitude vs. Ingratitude
No matter where they are, they are always feeling grateful about life and showing gratitude to people who have did something for them. It doesn’t matter how simple or how tough the kindness act is but they have a strong level of gratitude of people. They will be giving thanks to people every time and by showing gratitude, there is a strong energy surrounding you, making you to feel happy.
13. Presence/ Engagement vs. Disengagement
They know how to live in the present and dreaming of what their future will be. They are willing to do whatever it takes to have progression on them.
14. Positive vs. Negativity
No matter what happens to them, they still remained positive and believe that they will be someone who is less fortunate than them since they do not have any limitations about themselves. They are always grateful that they have the chance to stay alive, pursuing what they want in life.
15. Taking Responsibility vs. Blaming
They take full responsibility about themselves and they don’t see the need of blaming other people because it is not going to solve anything. It will only make them feel that
they are not in the wrong but still, the problem is there. By pushing the blame to other people, you are in fact giving away all your power. They choose to keep their power, taking full responsibility for everything that happens.
16. Complaining vs Finding Solutions
Most people are always complaining about everything and they are not always happy about people who annoys them. By complaining, you are actually attracting more negative emotions into yourself and you are not going to feel good about it.
Happy people tend to spend the time on solving the problems instead of complaining.
17. Failure vs Success
You have been taught in school that failing is a very bad thing and it only determines that you are a failure. That concept does not apply to the real world; in fact, it is going to benefit you in the long run. Failing is a learning process and you will only learn when you fail. If you win, you will be happy. If you lose, you will be wise.
